Last week, 8 members of our team completed Confined Space Rescue Training, building our in-house capability and establishing our own confined space rescue team.

A big thank you to Dale Pittman from Canadian Industrial Rescue for delivering such a hands-on, practical course, and for taking the time to review our workspace.

We’re proud of this initiative and of our team for continuing to keep safety at the forefront of everything we do.

This week, we teamed up with Toromont Cat and arranged a three-day maintenance-focused crusher training session here in Baie Verte.

Using a component from our own crusher, the crusher specialists combined classroom instruction with hands-on, practical learning for our employees and participants from other organizations.

We would like to thank the College of the North Atlantic - Baie Verte Campus for providing the space and supporting industry-focused training in the region.

Thank you to our friends at Toromont Cat and everyone involved, including the local food providers, who supported the sessions and attendees this week.
