People think we make Instagram posts.

Last week I spent 45 minutes picking a shade of coral with a client. We tested it for accessibility. Checked contrast scores. Made sure it would work across every touchpoint.

Then we mapped her freebie funnel, wrote her waitlist page, and built a launch plan that lets her test the idea before she sells anything.

She said "this makes me nervous." I said "we're not selling yet... we're just asking people to raise their hand."

I skipped my newsletter last week. No heads up, no “see you next Friday”... just a week off.

Unfortunately the algorithm isn’t about rewarding positivity right now. It’s rewarding specificity.

And there’s a difference between being divisive for the sake of it and simply being clear about who you are and what you stand for.

One repels everyone. The other repels the wrong people and magnetizes the right ones.
