People have asked me what services do I offer? First let me share that I have 25+ years of experience serving and supporting seniors and families in various roles. I have worked in retirement living, long term care and community support services. My passion is supporting and advocating for seniors. Below is a list of services I offer.

Retirement Living - Finding the next right home in retirement living. This includes education on the differences between Long Term Care and Retirement Home Living so you can make an informed decision. I can also organize the logistics of a move through partnerships in the community.

Health Care Navigator - Referrals to Home Care Services, and other supports required to help you remain living safely in your home.

Health & Wellness -
Stay healthy and strong as you age! There are so many supplements on the market. How do you choose which product is best for you to meet your goals? Through technology, I can offer some solutions!

Funeral PrePlanning -
Putting your final wishes in place also includes funeral preplanning. I educate you on the benefits of preplanning and help you put your plan in place.
