Full-time availability for 3 weeks of training is required.***
* This job is currently an at-home position

Job Description;
We are looking for professional call center agents who are able to work various day/afternoon/evening & weekend shifts when scheduled. (evening and weekend availability is required)
This job is currently an at-home position.
We offer;
• $15.70 - $17.75, based on performance incentives
- hours of Operation- 7am-9pm ( occasionally 11pm)
• Up to 44 hours a week
• Paid training
• Contactless on-line training
• On going at-home support
• Optional Healthcare/Dental Benefit Plan
• Associate referral bonus program
This job requires you to;
• have a High Speed Internet connection of 5 MB unlimited or greater (must not be satellite) and must be able to be hardwired into our equipment
• have a quiet work space conducive to our professional standard
• be bondable
• sell customers on new products and upgrades.
• answer inquiries and provide information to customers,
• explain the type and cost of services offered,
• arrange billing for services,
• receive payments,
• arrange for refunds and credits,
• access and process information,
• maintain records and statistics,
• be able to work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, multitask.
• Must be available to complete full-time training and be computer savvy
