Equus Saddle Fitting Certified and Independent Saddle fitter. Fit expert with 15 years experience. I am certified and went through a rigorous training process to achieve that.

Certified saddle fit technician who specializes in hard to fit horses, personal shopping and horses who have trauma. I provide my clients with a BS free consultation on how their current saddle fits, adjust it on site (if possible - not all saddles are adjustable) or help them buy the perfect saddle for their situation and needs. I love to do teaching demo's and lectures on saddle fitting and how

to tell if your saddle fits. Knowledge is power and I am here to empower my clients with skills to assess fit so they can take that knowledge and use it at home, with students or on a new horse. I also offer virtual consultations with detailed work sheets and a tutorial video to help you gather all the data I need to make an informed assessment via facetime. Then, together, we come up with a game plan to get your current saddle fitting properly or we start hunting for a new one. I have almost two decades of experience fitting saddles as well as excellent relationships with local vets and body workers who have helped me develop my skills for assessing pain and trauma. I have a great working relationship with the local reps and tack stores in Ontario so saddle shopping is always simple and straight forward for my clients.

Please download the app before your appointment and create your profile 🫶🏻 It is going to be so weird to not use paper but have you all seen how big and heavy my “fit kit” is lately?! All that paper is getting heavy.

I’m super excited to use this tool to do an even better job fitting your horses.

The only explanation she gave was that the horses muscling over the shoulder blade was uneven and that meant the saddle didn’t fit.

Load of rubbish.

Her very next statement was “you have to buy the brand I carry”. How convenient 🙄

Fit is very basic in its main essentials so when a fitter can’t explain to you the how’s and whys of your saddles fit for your horse - red flag! 🚩
