ZB Hospitality Group Inc., Toronto’s leader in social and corporate events and catering management with over 80 years in the hospitality industry, operates Heritage Estate Winery & Cidery, Barrie’s only boutique winery and cidery. Situated in the heart of Simcoe County, Heritage Estate offers beverages uniquely crafted out of 100% Ontario apples, free from additives or preservatives with less than half the sugar content of most commercial ciders. The sprawling estate includes a century farmhouse, tasting room, contemporary wedding venue and state-of-the-art on-site processing facility. Heritage Estate’s beautiful 40-acre vineyard, farmhouse, winery and cidery production facility started because of the founder’s vision for the little parcel of paradise located to the northeast of Barrie. Their hard work and passion since 2014 have brought Heritage Estate from its humble beginnings to today, producing award-winning wines and ciders, and creating a hospitable place to come visit, tour and taste.
