Have you ever just known something — deep in your bones — but couldn't explain how or why?
And then immediately questioned yourself for knowing it?

I used to think something was wrong with me when answers arrived without logic. When I'd feel a truth before I could prove it. When my inner knowing spoke louder than my rational mind.

For a long time, I didn't have the language — or the permission — to trust it.
But here's what I've learned: That quiet inner certainty? It's not something to dismiss. It's something to listen to.

I recently sat down with SpiritBird on the Leading With Spirit podcast to talk about exactly this — what claircognizance (inner knowing) really feels like, how it's shown up through my own grief, transition, and spiritual awakening, and how to soften the exhausting tension between trusting your intuition and needing proof.

If you've ever second-guessed a gut feeling or wondered, "Am I imagining this?"... this conversation is for you.

Claircognizance meaning (or inner knowing) can feel unsettling when answers arrive without logic — when I just know something, then immediately question myself for knowing it. If you’ve ever second-guessed your intuition, dismissed a quiet inner certainty, or wondered whether you’re imagining things, this conversation speaks directly to that moment.

In this episode of Leading With Spirit, I sit down with SpiritBird to share from my own lived experience — what it’s been like to carry inner knowing without clear language, validation, or permission for much of my life. We talk honestly about how intuition often seems to surface most clearly during moments that feel unsettling or hard to make sense of, especially through grief, transition, and deep inner change.

🌿 How you may feel by the end

- Less tangled in self-doubt around moments when you “just know” something but can’t explain it

- More ease with the inner tension between trusting your intuition and needing logical proof

- A quiet curiosity about what your inner knowing may be asking you to relate to differently

✨ Listen now and join us in sitting with the questions your intuition has been quietly asking. https://holtonhealingarts.com/podcast-leading-with-spirit

#2026

We have one more day in 2025 so take some time to pause.

Before you rush into resolutions and plans, take a moment to honor where you've been:

✨ What brought you joy this year?
✨ Where did you grow?
✨ What are you grateful for?

And then, gently ask yourself: 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗱𝗼 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗶𝘁𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲?

Not what you 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 want. Not what others expect. But what your soul is calling you toward.

Give yourself this gift of reflection today.

📝 𝟮 𝗗𝗔𝗬𝗦!

Behind the scenes of DIVINELY SEASONED…

This book almost didn’t happen.

After losing my son, I wasn’t sure I had anything left to give.
I retreated. I watched TV. I moved less. I felt myself disappearing.

But something kept whispering:
“T𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲.”

A retreat in Guatemala.
A vision of my 85-year-old self.
A trip to my birthplace — 70 years later.
Messages from Ryan in the form of dimes.

Every chapter is a piece of my heart.

I wrote this book for every woman who has ever felt overlooked, unheard, or untethered.
This is for you.

December 17th. $0.99. Will you be there?
