🔥 PRIMARY SEARCH UNDER LIVE FIRE CONDITIONS 🔥

Multiple FTA staff members will be back at this year’s NBAFC Firefighters Workshop representing their fire departments, delivering Primary Search under live fire conditions.

This isn’t search taught from a textbook. It’s built around real world tactics, realistic conditions, and putting the victim first.

Students will work through:

Primary Search
Window-Based Search
Vent-Enter-Search (VES)
Engine Company Search off the attack line
Search tactics for rural and short-staffed companies

Whether you operate in an urban department with multiple companies arriving or a rural department where every firefighter and every decision matters, the tactics will be adaptable to the staffing and resources you actually have.

Our instructors are firefighters with real operational experience who understand that aggressive search has to be disciplined, calculated, and based on conditions.

At the end of the day, we exist for the people trapped inside. Our staffing challenges, department size, and excuses don’t change what the victim needs from us.

Search with purpose. Train for the victim. Put the people we serve above everything else.

Please join us in congratulating Fire Chief Roger (Junior) Pitre (Rogersville) on his recent appointment to President of the New Brunswick Association of Fire Chiefs. The NBAFC plays important roles in representing the New Brunswick fire service and collaborating with partners to help firefighters keep their communities safe. Chief Pitre has served several years on the executive of the NBAFC and is motivated for this next chapter. Chief Pitre wishes to thank Past President Scott Poupart for his exemplary leadership throughout his tenure.

Nous vous invitons à vous joindre à nous pour féliciter le chef des pompiers Roger (Junior) Pitre (Rogersville) pour sa récente nomination au poste de président de l’Association des chefs de pompiers du Nouveau-Brunswick. L’ACPNB joue un rôle important en représentant les services d’incendie du Nouveau-Brunswick et en collaborant avec ses partenaires pour aider les pompiers à assurer la sécurité de leurs collectivités. Our government will continue to support our fire fighters.
