We have a new partnership with the artist Samuel Daigle. He builds urns for us and I'm very satisfied with the final product. Each urn is done by hand and can be personalized. Here is a video of Samuel in his workshop as he explain the fabrication steps.

Nous avons fait un partenariat avec l'artiste Samuel Daigle. Ce dernier fabrique des urnes et je suis très satisfait du produit final. Chacune des urnes est fait à la main et peu être personnalisée. Voici un video de Samuel dans son atelier qui explique les étapes de la fabrication.

I am very pleased to introduce myself as the new owner of "Loyal Friends Ltd".
My name is Raymond Hache and I am an animal lover myself. I have been training horses since my teenage years and have a dog by my side since I was a toddler. I have been working as a paramedic in the acadian peninsula and now in the chaleur region for the past 19 years. I am fortunate to have an awsome wife and two boys.
The transfer of ownership has been very easy as Susie Lavigne, Eric Lavigne and I worked very close to have a smooth transition and keep the service at its highest level.
I feel like I have the passion and the compassion to help people in time of greif.

J'ai le plaisir de m'introduire comme etant le nouveau proprietaire de "Loyal Friends Ltd".
Mon nom est Raymond Hache et est moi meme un amoureux des animaux. J'ai entraine des chevaux depuis mon adolescence et a un chien a mes cotes depuis ma jeune enfance. J'ai travaille comme travailleur paramedical dans la peninsule acadienne et maintenant dans la region chaleur depuis 19 ans. La vie m'a offert une conjointe merveilleuse et 2 garcons que j'adore.
Le processus de prise en charge a ete facile puisque Susie Lavigne, Eric Lavigne et moi meme avons travailles de paire pour garder le service a son plus haut niveau.
J'ai le sentiment d'avoir la passion et la compassion necessaire pour aider les gens en temps de deuil.

20 years ago my journey to educate the public on pet cremation began, 19 years ago this month “ Loyal Friends ltd” was established. After much thought and emotion, the sale of “Loyal Friends ltd” is complete today. I want to Thank everyone for their support over the years. People ask how I feel? I feel honored to have been able to comfort so many people & families in their time of grief, accomplished to have been able to share with the public the knowledge of Cremation as a means of final disposition for our departed pets and confident that the new owners will take special care of each and every one of you. It will be 16 years this summer since I open Loyal Friends ltd and although life is busy at times and I do not always get to see my clients in person as you all know most of the business goes directly though the Vet's but when I do get the chance to return remains in person to a pet owner who has chosen a private cremation, I still get Goosebumps knowing our services touched their heart and allowed their grieving process to be a little less stressful and THAT FEELING those Goosebumps knowing I helped someone makes all the hard work over the past 16 years WORTH IT!!!
