Heads up everyone — this is expected to be the biggest storm we’ve had all year. Since we haven’t seen storms this size in a couple of years, here are a few reminders about how things will work.

We will not be going out until the storm starts to slow down. Driver safety comes first, and we don’t send crews out in the middle of a major snowstorm.

Because of the amount of snow expected, things will be slower than usual, and we can’t guarantee everyone (or anyone) will be open by 7:00 a.m.

There will likely be multiple cleanup passes throughout the day, so please move vehicles as quickly as possible so crews can clear those areas when they come back around.

If a vehicle isn’t moved, that spot can’t be cleared and it won’t get done until the next snowfall when the vehicle has been moved.

Well we've got our first snowfall warning of the season. We still have some space left if you haven't confirmed yet I recommend you do so quickly to keep your spot.

It's slow going today. There's almost 2 ft (or more in some places) of snow out there and some places the city hasn't even opened yet. We are out making our way around.

I know everyone has places they want to go but my drivers safety is more important to me than anything. Expect the possibility of not being open in the morning until later.

Drivers are out doing plow banks :) not enough for us to do driveways (plus if we plowed that 2 inch it would turn into an ice rink) but those banks are rough for sure!
