If you have already been approved for CDHCI, you can choose TrustBloom for your authorized senior in-home support services.

We offer direct billing for eligible, approved CDHCI services, so you don’t have to pay those covered service costs out of pocket. Coverage depends on your authorization, approved hours and program limits. We’ll confirm any additional charges before services begin.

A parent saying “I don’t need home care” does not always mean the conversation is over.

In some situations, they can work together.

Publicly funded services are based on an assessment and authorized care plan. Private support may help fill practical gaps, provide additional flexibility or cover needs outside the funded schedule.

Before assuming you cannot access enough help, look at what has been authorized, what is actually happening during the week and which gaps remain.
