🏁 I’ve been connecting with a lot of producers planning fencing, rotational grazing, and livestock watering projects this year, and the biggest challenge is usually not the project itself but getting everything organized and submitted properly for funding.

Through Flex Farm Support, I work directly with producers to plan their project, map out fencing and water systems, walk through grazing plan requirements, and put together and submit a complete, well structured application that aligns with program criteria.

The goal is to take the pressure off the paperwork and make sure the project is presented in a way that gives it the best chance of approval.

If you are planning a project this year and want help getting it across the finish line, feel free to reach out. 🏁

Q: “Do I need a professional to apply for grazing or fencing grants?”

A: Not always! But having someone familiar with the grants and environmental requirements can save you hours and improve your chances of success. That’s what I do at Flex Farm Support.

💡 Did you know?

There is funding available in Manitoba to help livestock producers install cross fencing and livestock watering systems that support better grazing management and protect water sources.

Projects like rotational grazing fencing, pasture improvement, and off-site watering systems can often qualify through watershed district programs.

If you’ve been thinking about improving your grazing setup but weren’t sure where to start, there may be funding available to help offset some of the costs.

If you have a project in mind and want help navigating the application process, feel free to reach out.

Sharing this in case anyone is planning grazing, fencing, or livestock watering projects this year.

Watershed districts have some great funding opportunities available, and producers can absolutely apply themselves if they’re comfortable with the process.

If anyone wants help navigating the application or putting together a strong proposal, that’s something I offer through Flex Farm Support. Happy to answer questions if it helps someone get a project moving.

Flex Farm Support helps livestock producers navigate grant applications for rotational grazing, fencing, and livestock watering projects.

With a background in Environmental Studies and firsthand livestock experience, I understand both the practical realities of running a farm and the environmental goals behind many agricultural funding programs.

My goal is to make the application process simpler and less time-consuming so producers can focus on their farm while still accessing funding opportunities that support good land stewardship.

If you're considering a grazing, fencing, or pasture improvement project and want help with the application side, feel free to reach out.
