We were pleased to attend the sod rolling to mark the start of the construction for the brand new Beaverton Harbour washrooms! We are so happy to see this upgrade happening and are excited to see the finished project! ☺️

We will be hosting three debates in Beaverton, Cannington, and Sunderland. Please click the event links below for full information for each event:

We hope to make these debates as accessible as possible, so as well as having the option to attend in person, we will be streaming the debates live on our Youtube channel, and will have the video accessible after the event. You can subscribe to our channel here:

..Now for your questions! We have a separate submission forum for each debate. Each one is linked on its respective event page. Question submission is open NOW, and will remain open until the end of each debate. This will allow residents to submit questions in advance, as well as during the debate. If you are joining us in person and need pen and paper, we will have this accommodation available.

We will also be collecting donations for the legions hosting us to help cover the cost of the venue. This is completely optional, but if you are able to contribute it would be greatly appreciated!

For anyone entering our colouring contest, entries will need to be submitted next week if you haven’t dropped them off already!
Please bring them to the store you picked them up from, or you can bring them for the BBOT office at the town hall on Tuesday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday (between 10am and 5pm)

Join the Brock Board of Trade summer colouring contest, and tell us your favourite thing to do in Brock, for you chance to win a cool prize pack including a signed book from local children’s author, Vicki Bruce!
Winner will be picked at the end of August, so you have the whole month to get your submissions in.
Colouring pages can be picked up starting next week (July 27th) during business hours at Country Loonies in Sunderland, Cameron House in Cannington, and at Cool Cow or the BBOT office in Beaverton.
