Shyla is an accomplished recruitment leader with more than a decade of experience advising organizations on strategic talent acquisition. With an MBA and a deep understanding of business operations, she specializes in identifying, attracting, and securing high-impact professionals who strengthen leadership teams and support long-term organizational growth. Shyla has built a reputation for her disciplined search methodology, strong business acumen, and commitment to aligning talent strategies with organizational goals. She partners closely with executives and hiring leaders to define role requirements, assess candidate fit, and ensure a seamless, professional recruitment process. Shyla was born and raised in India and is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi. She started her career working as a Talent Acquisition Specialist for the largest TA firm in the country before moving to Canada in 2019 and bringing her passion for recruitment and team building with her. Known for her integrity, clear communication, and rigorous attention to detail, Shyla is equally dedicated to supporting candidates through thoughtful career guidance and transparent communication. Her work is grounded in building lasting relationships and delivering results that enhance organizational performance.

Kyle Devine is the Founder and Principal Consultant of the newly formed Devine Consulting (2019). Born, raised & educated in Windsor-Essex, Kyle has enjoyed employment in the region’s successful manufacturing industry and as an entrepreneur. With a passion for employee development, human resources and recruitment, Kyle founded Devine Personnel (2014) to address the lack of personable employment agencies in Windsor-Essex. Kyle’s vision was that all employees he hired were his best brand ambassadors and he personally coached many temporary employees to full-time employment with his clients. Kyle later drew a passion for business development, coaching and strategy with his clients and sold the agency in 2019 to pursue his latest venture, Devine Consulting.

As an executive recruitment professional, Kyle has built a strong reputation in verticals such as engineering, architecture, manufacturing and information technology. Kyle has consulted on full-time hires including relocating talent to the region, marketing and sales initiatives and culture in many top Southwestern Ontario firms.

Kyle is actively involved in various charitable initiatives throughout the region and is the proud recipient of the New Business of the Year Award (2016) from the Windsor-Essex Regional Chamber of Commerce. When not consulting and working on projects, Kyle enjoys time with his partner Krystal his daughter Selina. Kyle continues to reside in Windsor-Essex.
