Your life coach will be very solution focused, and treat you as a partner instead of a patient. People partner with life coaches to help them attain greater success in their lives, get past sticking points and stumbling blocks, and start achieving their goals.

Sometimes, others make a plan
and despite our best efforts to be apart of the event, there are times in our lives when we find ourselves saying no. Not because we stopped loving or don’t care.. sometimes we are in a state of exhaustion and just need quiet time/rest.

If your no was met with silence, empty of concern or compassion. I am sorry, your best is good enough, please carry on.

You are a human being, not a machine ♥️
