Today, September 2, 2026, WRFN's Community Energy Champion Joey Nahwegahbow will join a panel of energy leaders from across Canada for 'Building With, Not For: Delivering Demand Flexibility & Energy Efficiency Programs in First Nations Communities'.

The discussion will explore what it takes to develop energy programs with First Nations communities, respecting community priorities, decision-making and local realities while delivering meaningful, measurable results.
