OKR Leader is NOT for everyone.
❌ 1000+ employees
❌ Already have a program but only want more dashboards
❌ 9+ months for implementation

If that’s you, stick with the enterprise tools.

✅ 10-500 people
✅ Goals and quarterly plan to execute
✅ Tried OKRs in a spreadsheet, watched it die by week 4
✅ Quarters closing with nobody sure what shipped
✅ No patience for a rollout longer than the cycle

If that’s you, get exclusive early access.

2 clusters in the OKR software market 👇

🏢 ENTERPRISE: Workday. Profit.co. Lattice. Built for 2,000-person rollouts. $80K+ contracts.

📊 SPREADSHEET: Sheets. Notion. Airtable. Free. But the rhythm is entirely on human willpower.

Almost nothing lives in the middle.

That’s where OKR Leader sits.

Enterprise tools ship features. Spreadsheets ship flexibility.

The middle has to ship adoption, ease, and convenience. That’s where OKR Leader sits.

The SMB version of OKRs. 5 rules 👇

1️⃣ Three priorities. Not five. Not twelve. Three.

2️⃣ One Key Result per priority - a number with a baseline and a target.

3️⃣ A 5-min weekly check-in per priority.

4️⃣ A named owner per priority. One person.

5️⃣ Honest confidence scoring. 0.7 is the target.

That’s the whole system.

You could run this on a whiteboard.

Most teams I work with don’t. Not because they can’t.

Because the whiteboard gets erased and the spreadsheet gets abandoned by week 4. OKR Leader makes this a seamless system that you can turn into an unfair advantage.

As a start-up founder or SMB CEO, You’ve been there - contemplating OKRs. At the end, you closed the tab. 🚫

You searched “OKR software.” You saw:
→ Google case study
→ “12-month implementation”
→ “Contact sales for pricing”

You scrolled through 3 more. Same enterprise price tag.

You weren’t wrong to close it.

But here’s the thing.

You weren’t saying no to OKRs. You were saying no to a tool designed for a company 30x your size.

Easy to confuse “this tool isn’t for us” with “OKRs aren’t for us.”

Two different conclusions, though.

Most founders don’t reject OKRs.

But they DO reject the enterprise version of OKRs. 💼
That’s often because they haven’t had a chance to see what the SMB version could look like.

They’re not the same thing.

The enterprise version assumes:
• A Head of Strategy
• 500+ employees
• An $80K software contract
• Quarterly reviews with 50-slide decks

You have 14 people and a Tuesday standup.

But you still have the problem OKRs solve: how do people work on what matters this quarter, without you repeating it every meeting?

The SMB version exists.
OKR Leader can show you!

Genuine question 👇

What’s the one Q2 priority your team forgot about already?

Mine is usually the one I set without numbers attached. A good intent I didn’t bother translating into a metric.

No judgement.

Status meeting vs. Check-in 👇

STATUS:
“What happened?”
Reports. Nods. Nothing changes.

CHECK-IN:
“What’s changed? What’s blocking this? What are we doing before next week?”
Decision. Owner. Action.

One confirms the past.
The other shapes the next 7 days.

Most teams run status and call it a check-in.

The priority you set at kickoff is quietly becoming optional. 👀

You didn’t deprioritize it. The team did, by not asking about it on Wednesday.

That’s drift. It kills quarters.

3 questions that catch it every week 👇

1. From what, to what?
2. What’s blocking this?
3. What are we doing about it before next week?

These report outcomes, not activity.

“Activation moved from 34% to 38%” is an answer. So is “activation didn’t move.” Both tell you something. “We shipped the new flow” tells you nothing about whether it’s working.

5 min per priority. Same 3 questions every week.

If the answer to all three is “nothing,” you’ve found a priority that’s already dead. Either revive it or reassign the time.

5 specific ways your Q2 plan is drifting right now 👇

1. The OKRs became a checkbox, not a mindset
2. The priority that became optional
3. The update that didn’t happen
4. The decision made on a whim
5. The calendar that filled in with low priority meetings

Any one of these, caught now?
15-minute conversation.

Your Q2 plan is 4 weeks old.

Name the three priorities. Without looking. 👀

Most founders can’t.

That’s not a memory problem. That’s what happens when the plan lives in a doc and the week lives in your inbox.

The gap isn’t strategy. It’s the cadence that turns strategy into Wednesday morning.
