Last month, we had the privilege of bringing our Canadian franchisees from Fix Auto Canada, ProColor Collision, NOVUS Glass Canada, and Speedy Auto Service Canada together in Banff, Alberta for the 2026 Fix Network Canada National Conference.

Surrounded by an incredible setting, the event sparked meaningful conversations around AI and innovation, operational performance, leadership, and the power of collaboration across our network as we look to the future of our industry.

Our President and CEO, Steve Leal, set the tone with a clear vision for what lies ahead, followed by an inspiring lineup of speakers including Ayao Komatsu, Team Principal of TGR TGR Haas F1 Team, as well as Kanene Ayo Holder, Sébastien Sasseville and Mike Hall. Each shared valuable perspectives on leadership, resilience, and building strong, high-performing teams.

Collision repair is evolving, and technology is playing a bigger role than ever.

In a recent interview with German Painters' Magazine (Lackierblatt), Jens Walthers, owner of Fix Auto Freiberg powered by Auto Walther in Germany, shared how AI tools, digitization, and automation are helping improve operations and create a better experience for customers.

While quality craftsmanship remains at the heart of the business, digital tools and automated workflows are helping streamline claims management, strengthen communication, and unlock new opportunities for growth.

🌎 This World Environment Day, we're proud to recognize the efforts happening across our network to help reduce waste, improve efficiency, and operate more responsibly.

Sustainability isn't just a goal. It's something that takes shape through the everyday actions of our teams around the world.

As Mary de Guzman, ESG Lead at Fix Network, shares: "Real environmental progress happens when sustainability moves from strategy into everyday actions, on the shop floor, in our processes, and in the choices we make each day."

From evolving restoration technologies to more responsible material practices, we're committed to making meaningful progress that creates a lasting impact for future generations.

Thank you to our team members around the world for the role you play every day in helping us build a more sustainable future.

Reflecting on our time in Montreal, where the Fix Network team had the pleasure of hosting TGR Haas F1 Team ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix.

The evening brought together partners from across our network to connect, share perspectives, and immerse themselves in the energy of race week in one of Formula 1’s most iconic cities. It was a strong reminder of the value our partnership creates, both on and off the track.

We’re looking forward to building on this momentum and creating more memorable moments together in 2027.

A great few days in Melbourne for the Collision Repair Expo earlier this month!

Our Fix Network Australia team had the opportunity to connect with attendees from across the industry, showcase franchise opportunities with Fix Auto Australia and Novus Glass, and introduce products from the NOVUS Polish range, including AquaClear.

The F1 simulator was a crowd favourite throughout the event, creating plenty of excitement at the booth, while conversations around industry growth, education, and future talent remained a key focus.

We were also proud to support The ACIA’s Student Engagement Initiative and take part in discussions with Women In Automotive around the future of the industry and the opportunities ahead.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this such a successful event!
