From an existing layer barn to a fully renovated, efficient egg production facility.

This project included a complete renovation of the existing layer barn, bird area, amenity space, cooler and egg packing area — all while working within an existing facility with just 8-foot ceilings.

The result? A low-profile, 3-tier Valli enriched cage system, paired with:

• Flat chain feeding
• Valli ONDA egg elevator system
• Lubing egg conveyor system
• Prinzen 50 egg packer with egg leak protection
• Packing capacity of up to 18,000 eggs/hour
• Custom in-house manure control panel
• Maximus climate control system

Every part of the project was designed to make the most of the existing space while creating a system that works efficiently from bird to packer.
