A lot of the work we do happens behind the scenes — long before our clients return in the spring to a finished, fully restored shoreline.
This project features a two-tier, 22” armour stone retaining wall wrapping approximately 200 feet around a private island, complete with six custom armour stone steps for easy boathouse access. We’re also dredging the wet slip by about 2 feet to remove decades of built-up silt, restoring proper depth for docking.
To finish it off, the project includes a 350 sq ft flagstone patio and walkway, along with a 4-ton concrete anchor for a cantilever dock system — built for strength, longevity, and waterfront living.
