What an incredible update! 💚

A little while ago, we had the privilege of printing a banner to help spread the word that a gentleman was in urgent need of a liver donor.

Today, we're overjoyed to share that a donor has been found, and he is on his way for his transplant surgery.

This is a beautiful reminder of what can happen when a community comes together to share, support, and care for one another.

Please join us in sending your thoughts, prayers, and well wishes to him, his family, his donor, and the entire medical team. We wish him a successful surgery, a smooth recovery ahead.

Just a little update from us

Going forward, we’ve decided to make 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲.

As most of you know, the shop is run by me, with lots of help from my sister, Emily. We’re both working moms with busy kids and busy lives, and like so many families, we’re always trying to juggle work, family, appointments, committees (Board of Director at the Chamber, Kinette’s and Midnight Madness) and everything in between!

We do love what we do and love seeing all of you, but we’ve realized that we need one day during the week with fewer interruptions — simply a day to catch up on the behind-the-scenes work, get ourselves organized, and have a little flexibility when life and kids need us too.

𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧’𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐞 𝐮𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐚 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲! We’re still happy to arrange appointments ahead of time when needed; we just won’t be open for regular walk-ins.

We hope you understand this small change and why we feel it’s something we need to do. We’re so lucky to have such wonderful customers, and we truly appreciate every one of you for supporting our little shop and our families along the way.

Sometimes you just have to find a little balance where you can.

💍The Big Day is Almost Here! 💍

This Saturday, Emily— my sister, co-worker, and an important part of the Bobcaygeon Sign & Design Co. family—is getting married! ❤️

As we get ready to celebrate this exciting milestone, our shop will be closing early on Friday for wedding preparations and time with visiting family.

We appreciate your understanding and support, and we'll be back to our regular hours after the weekend.

After many years of serving our community, it's time to say congratulations and thank you to Dave and Marylynn of Purdys Jewellery and Gems on their retirement.

It has been a pleasure working with you both since taking over the shop. We truly appreciate the support you have shown us, and we're grateful to have been a small part of your journey.

Wishing you both a long, happy, and well-deserved retirement filled with new adventures, and precious time with friends, family and especially your grandchildren.
