Emmanuel Elite Maintenance provides its clientele with the option to work under a contract for months or years, depending on the period of

time that our services are needed for.



The Free Estimation that you will receive (by appointment) estimates the cost of our services for the duration of the months or years you choose,

which include:



• Brushing ceramic floors, with the machine.

• Cleaning ceramic showers.

• Emptying and cleaning of refrigerators.

• Emptying the garbage

• Vacuum cleaning.

• Cleaning after renovation / construction.

• Cleaning the toilets.

• Cleaning of parking areas

• Cleaning of walls

• Cleaning of microwaves



Included in the Free Estimation are also the following services which Emmanuel Elite Maintenance performs ONCE, for FREE, as a welcoming gesture

for acquiring our services:

• Cleaning of all carpets.

• Stripping / waxing of all floors.

• Window cleaning (interior and exterior)



These services can be performed more than once, upon request, and will be at an additional cost which is excluded from the Free Estimation.

Hand towels
Hand creams, soaps and sanitizers
