🍾 EXPRESS LANE IS HERE! 🚀

To help reduce wait times and get you on your way faster, we're introducing an Express Lane at the Bottle Depot!

✅ Express Lane = 10 bags and/or boxes total

Examples: • 10 bags = Express Lane ✅
• 5 bags + 5 boxes = Express Lane ✅
• 10 boxes = Express Lane ✅
• 10 bags + 5 boxes = Not Express Lane ❌

🎟️ No tickets required!
Customers using the Express Lane can proceed directly to the designated Express Lane area. There is no need to take a ticket. FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED.

❗ If you arrive with more than 10 bags and/or boxes, you will be directed to the regular lineup and will be required to grab a ticket.

📦 Cardboard Reminder
We do not accept cardboard at the Bottle Depot. If you bring cardboard boxes, you will be asked to take them back with you. Cardboard can be recycled at the recycling bins located beside the Town of Bonnyville Public Works Office on 54th Avenue.

💧 Help Us Keep the Line Moving
Please empty all beverage containers before bringing them in, including: • Water bottles
• Pop bottles and cans
• Juice containers
• Other beverage containers

Removing leftover liquids helps our staff process returns more efficiently, keeps the depot clean and safe, and reduces wait times for everyone.

🚧 Notice: Temporary Entrance Changes 🚧

Please be advised that the primary entrance to the Bottle Depot is NOW under construction. .During this time, access to the building will be adjusted for everyone’s safety and convenience.

✅ Important Information:
- Temporary entrance and exit are posted at the Southeast Entrance across from Heavy Metal Truck Wash.
- Clearly marked signage will be posted to guide you through the temporary entrance and exit.
- Signs will also indicate how to access the bottle depot during construction.
- Parking will remain available, but we ask that you follow posted directions and allow a little extra time when visiting.
We appreciate your patience and understanding while we complete these improvements!

Want to breeze through the bottle depot faster? ⏱️♻️
Here's how you can help!

We know your time is valuable, and a little prep at home can make a big difference in keeping lines moving quickly for everyone. Here are a few simple tips to help speed things up on your next visit:
✨ Sort your containers before you arrive – it makes the process much smoother
✨ Empty all beverage containers completely – this is required before they’re shipped
✨ Bring only refundable items – we can only accept containers with a deposit (no soup cans, food containers, or other recyclables)
✨ Remove as much garbage as possible – cleaner loads help our team work faster and keep things efficient

⚠️ Important reminder: Containers that are very dirty or contain unknown substances may be discarded for safety reasons.

By taking a few extra minutes at home, you’re helping reduce wait times, keeping things safe, and making the experience better for everyone in the community. We really appreciate your effort and support! 🙌
