For those of you new to Super, Sparkle, Soiree.....it is a multi hostess event. You come as a VIP Hostess with your friends and family and leave the rest up to us. We provide refreshments, fun and prizes. Any sales from your guests apply to you as the hostess and you benefit from the hostess reward. It's a fun night, great atmosphere, no cleaning, food prep, just grab some friends and join us at Maddy's Pub, Bowmanville - Wednesday March 4th. Limited seats..contact us right away.

It is with extreme shock & disappointment that we have just found out that lia sophia is closing it’s doors. Unfortunately we will not be continuing with our Super Sparkle Soiree's. Thank you to each and every one of you that have participated.

We have attached some information below regarding some questions you may have. Please know, we had no advance notice or foreshadow of this news & at this time our information is limited. Current stock is being discounted at 20% PLUS the customer save plan added to that.

Please read the FAQ's outlined below to help answer some of the questions that you may have... these were provided to us from home office.

Frequently Asked Questions December 1, 2014

Q. What happens to the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee on all products?
A. At present, we are still accepting returns and exchanges for any product previously purchased, standing behind our Lifetime Replacement Guarantee. Returns and exchanges will be accepted until December 31 on product sold before December 1. For product sold from today on wards, no certificates will be issued. All product exchanged after December 1 will be for same or comparable items. As of December 1, the returns and exchange policy will be:

All sale items ordered are considered final and not eligible for return or exchange. The Lifetime Replacement Guarantee does not apply to any final sales purchases. However, if you receive an incorrect item OR if any item is received with a manufacturing defect, contact Customer Service. All requests must be submitted within 7 business days of receipt. In the event the original item is sold out, one of our Customer Service Representatives will contact you to assist you with finding another item of equal value, if available.

For customers, Customer Save Plan will remain in effect, however all retail prices have been reduced 20%.

Q. Can Merchandise Certificates still be redeemed?
A. Yes, you can still redeem your unused Merchandise Certificates until December 28 on current Style Guide inventory only as supplies last.

Q. What is the last date that I can place an order?
A. You can place orders up until December 28, 2014 at 11:59PM CST. Final orders to be shipped in time for Christmas will be December 17, 2014.

Q. Why was the decision made to close the Company?

A. After thorough exploration of other alternatives, the Board of Directors made this difficult decision to cease operations.

Q. Is lia sophia filing bankruptcy?
A. No, the Company has no intention of filing bankruptcy. While we have debts and obligations that need to be met, we intend to meet those obligations over the next several months.

Q. What should I say to people who ask what happened and why lia sophia is winding down?
A. You can you tell them that this has been a tremendously successful business for many years and that it faced a challenging business environment. And further, you can tell them that despite significant efforts to find viable alternative solutions to the wind down, none were achieved.
