One Voice, short for The One Voice Institute of Elemental Ethics and Education, Inc., established in Canada in 2019, as a management consultancy and corporation, utilizes the wealth of industry experience contributed through its members and network to provide management consultation services and carry out community engagement initiatives. The team has a strong reputation as a brain trust of resour
ceful, creative, problem solvers geared to addressing the challenges of small, medium, and global businesses as well as communities, organizations, families and individuals. The One Voice Team asks "How Can We Help?" and then, does. Its reputation as such began in 2009, as a corporation of the same name in the USA, when its Directors, Rosanna Pittella PhD and Philip Rotstein ME started the company in Pennsylvania. In addition to delivering solutions for global corporations, the team took on issues related to the practices and politics of education. One Voice hosted international conferences for educators across the United States. These unique events welcomed university professors and K-12 teachers from 63 countries. The One Voice conferences held up a global microphone to learned scholars and invited them to a platform for collaboration and problem solving through teaching and partnered research. One Voice captured their work, message, and solutions in published annual volumes. In 2012, One Voice started the WebTalk Radio program with a global audience, “Voice of American Education” as well as published the book "How Deconstructing the American School System will Reconstruct the American Dream." In 2019, the Directors relocated to Victoria, BC and begun a focus on uplifting Vancouver Island artists and entrepreneurs through the Isla Spotlight platform. Recognizing the need for accelerated fundraising at that time for amazing organizations including Sooke Food Bank and Women's Shelters, Coolaid and the Saanich Penninsula Hospital, the Team designed and successfully launched its first unique Red Carpet Valentine's Gala at the beautiful DaVinci Centre. As COVID precautions limited holiday fun in 2020, One Voice wrote and produced a full cast online Holiday Play, "Hunting For The Holidays" delivered to Island homes as part of a wrapped Holiday Box of treats, games, and crafts to families and at the same time raised funds for the Saanich Penninsular Hospital. From that simple beginning, since 2022, the team has developed and launcjed many events and activities that continue to uplift local artists, artisans, and musicians through monthly open markets in Light House Country that continue to support fundraising. Hearing of a much missed, and wonderful Open market in Bowser, the Team de-invented the New Bowser market and it as a series of monthly events in partnership with The RC BR 211 Legion. Ahead are plans for more engaging, educatoinal, supportive and uplifting activities, groups, and events for Vancouver Island families and businesses. One Voice brought a whole new immersion experience technology, specifically the Broomx projectors to Vancouver Island from Spain, a first in its own right. This technology was unveiled at the Sydney Halloween Fair in 2020 as an immersion family experience complete with a time travel story and virtual flying bats. In 2022, One Voice was thrilled to add Jessica Pittella as a partner and Leader and Marketing Manager to the team. The leaders of One Voice, Rosanna, Philip and Jessica are proud members of the RC211 Bowser Legion, Qualicum Beach Lions, The Bow Horne Community Club, The Lighthouse Country Business Association and the Lighthouse Community Center, as well as strong supporters and advertisers of the Lighthouse Country Living Magazine. Recognizing the common struggle for many of weight loss and fitness, Philip, Rosanna and Jessica studies and earned certification in keto coaching (establishing KetosSuperHeroes coaching) and designed a supportive food line of fresh baked, low carb, gluten free breads and sweets. These are currently available at open markets, and plans to expand the line in 2023-2024 to the shelves of local grocers and Luscious Chic island food truck.
