Thanks to all the hydro workers out there restoring service 24/7 to the hundreds of thousands without power.
Our last tower that was down due to no power (the batteries lasted 30 hours before it finally died) is up and live again, with power restored.

Any tickets for people we had in our system have been tested, and the service is working. If you continue to have trouble, please give us a call so we can investigate. As it stands right now, all our towers are up, you should have Internet!!

There are power outages everywhere. Downed trees across roads and power lines. Your lights flickering in and out means voltage highs and lows. Those surges can damage electronics like your TVs, computers, and Internet equipment. We recommend unplugging anything electronic until your hydro stabilizes and save yourself the expense of replacing your stuff.

Thanks to the local hydro crews out there in this, working hard to restore services to the thousands without power right now.

April 5, 2023 - 8:40am: It looks like Mother Nature isn't done with us quite yet. Stay home today if you can, the roads will not be safe. Hopefully, any power outages will be restored quickly. We will respond to any tower issues as quickly as possible to keep service available. Come on Spring!!

Unfortunately our Mount St Patrick tower did not come back after the Hydro One Outage today. This outage also affects Mud Lake & Foymount towers.

Due to high winds and losing daylight it is not safe for our technicians to climb until tomorrow.

We apologize for this inconvenience, and we do realize it’s not ideal and will have it back up and running as soon as possible.

Looks like someone was digging where they shouldn't and cut a fibre optic cable in Renfrew. Trucks have been dispatched to repair it. Things should be back to normal sometime before noon

Attention: We are currently experience an outage in the Renfrew area. This is related to the Cogeco Fibre that feeds some of our network. Some customers will experience slow speeds others will have no connectivity at all.
