Unplanned Live… Just Keeping It Real! ❤️

Sometimes you don’t need a script or a perfect plan. You just need to speak from the heart.

Here’s something I’ve been thinking about lately…

Knowledge is not power in and of itself. It’s the application of knowledge that makes the difference.

We can spend years learning, researching, attending training and gathering information, but if we never put that knowledge into practice, what have we really accomplished?

And here’s another truth…

Time waits for no one! ⏳

Whether we take action or not, time continues to move forward.

So why keep putting off the things we say we want to accomplish?

We don’t have to know everything or have everything figured out before we begin.

Sometimes we simply need to take what we already know and DO something with it!

I’m speaking to myself just as much as I’m speaking to anyone else. ❤️

Don’t just count the days. Make the days count!

❤️ It’s about building a life you’re not too busy to enjoy.

Hello again, everyone! ❤️

It’s been a rough few weeks for me. Unfortunately, I’ve been under the weather. 🤧

I picked up a cold virus 🦠 that really kicked my butt! I’m still not quite 100%, but I’m feeling so much better than I have been.

Now I’m looking forward to turning my attention back to building my digital business.

My family continues to grow, and so do the demands on my time. And while I absolutely love being there for the people who matter most to me, I’m also very aware that I need to keep making time for the things I want to accomplish personally.

That’s one of the reasons I started this journey in the first place.

I’m not interested in creating another full-time commitment that takes me away from the people and things I love.

I’m working towards something that gives me greater flexibility and more choices about how I spend my time.

So, here I am, picking up where I left off, one day at a time. ❤️

Because at the end of the day…

❤️ It’s about building a life you’re not too busy to enjoy.

Just Like the Water… Keep Moving Forward 💧

Where do you go to clear your mind and find peace?

I love being out in nature, particularly near waterfalls.

There’s something about watching the water flow that quiets my mind.

The water flows with no regrets.
It never returns from whence it came.
It simply keeps moving forward.

And maybe there’s a lesson in that for us.

We can acknowledge where we’ve been.
We can learn from it.
We can even be grateful for it.

But we don’t have to keep going back.

Sometimes peace comes when we accept what was, release what we cannot change, and give ourselves permission to keep moving forward.

Just like the water. 💧❤️

Life is not a straight road.

It’s full of twists and turns, ups and downs, unexpected detours and moments when things simply don’t go according to plan.

But I’ve learned that I can’t allow fear to make my decisions for me.

Sometimes you have to keep moving, keep learning and keep applying what you’ve learned—even when you can’t see the whole road ahead.

Because knowledge alone isn’t power.

Knowledge applied consistently is what creates change.

You can read the books.
Watch the training.
Save the posts.
Take all the notes. 😂

But eventually, you have to do something with what you know.

And I’m reminding myself of that too.

I don’t need to know everything.
I just need to keep learning, applying and moving forward.

Progress rarely happens in a straight line.

I’ll be honest—I lost my momentum.

Life became busy. Between work, travelling, family and caring for others, I stopped showing up consistently for my business.

But losing momentum doesn’t mean I’ve lost the vision or my ability.

I don’t need to have everything perfectly planned before I begin again. I simply need to take the next small step—and today, this post is that step.

If you’ve lost your momentum too, give yourself permission to begin again. We’re not starting from scratch; we’re moving forward with experience. ❤️
