e and a proud mother of two amazing children. Like many parents, life after my maternity leave came with challenges. With no family support nearby and my husband’s demanding work schedule, returning to a traditional 9–5 job while raising my daughter was not easy. Eventually, I went back to full-time work, and life became a daily cycle of daycare, work, household responsibilities, and exhaustion. Even with all the effort, we still felt the pressure financially—and I was missing precious time with my family. I wanted flexibility, freedom, and a way to contribute financially without sacrificing my role as a present mother. While searching online, I came across a story of another mom who was going through a very similar phase of life. Her journey deeply inspired me, and I decided to attend a webinar. That moment changed everything for me. I finally discovered a system that allowed me to work from home, at my own pace, while being present for my family. Today, I feel truly grateful to be building something that gives me flexibility, growth, and a supportive community around me. I am able to create a better balance between family life and financial goals

💫“My husband said NO.”

I hear this so often from women who reach out to me.

They feel excited about learning something new. They see the possibilities. They want to build something alongside their family… but their husband or partner isn’t convinced yet.

And honestly, I understand.

Sometimes it’s not that they don’t believe in YOU… they’re simply trying to protect the family, especially when they don’t fully understand what this digital business is about. 🙏

So what happens?

We hesitate.
We wait.
We question ourselves.
We wonder, “What if they’re right?”

But I want to share this beautiful reminder with you today.

When she first brought this business home, her husband was completely against it. He was skeptical, hesitant, and unsure if it was something worth pursuing.

She could have stopped there.

But instead, she decided to learn. She started taking small steps, stayed consistent, and kept believing in what she was building.

And fast forward to today…

Her husband recently celebrated an incredible milestone after 17 years in the corporate world.

What started with hesitation eventually became something they could celebrate together.

And that’s the part of this journey that touches our heart the most. ❤️

Sometimes the people closest to us won’t understand our vision in the beginning.

And that’s okay.

You don’t have to convince everyone on day one. You simply have to be willing to learn, take that first step, and give yourself a chance.

To every woman who is sitting on the fence because someone else doesn’t see what you see yet:

Lunch was cooking… and so was my business. 😍🍲📲

These are the little moments that make me feel so grateful.
I was simply in my kitchen today afternoon, taking care of everyday mom life, when I received notifications showing “Your First Steps” and “New Buyer In Your Downline.”

And honestly, this is one of the things I appreciate most about the digital business I’ve built.

It doesn’t mean I’m working 24/7.
It means I’ve learned how to use systems, tools and automation so my business can continue moving even when I’m busy living my life.

Six years ago, I didn’t understand any of this. I was simply looking for a way to build something of my own while being present for my family.

I’m still learning and growing every day, but moments like this remind me why I took that first step.

Sometimes you don’t need to have the whole journey figured out… you just need the courage to take the first step. 🙏

💫Waking up to a notification like THIS definitely made my mornin🙏

While I was sleeping, someone took a step and joined my business.

And honestly, moments like this remind me of why I started this journey in the first place 6 years ago.

I wanted to learn something new.
I wanted to grow personally and professionally.
And most importantly, I wanted to build something that could fit around my family and the life I was creating.

Yesterday was such a beautiful day, and I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who took a moment to wish me on my birthday.

💫Yesterday It was thursday evening… and still so many amazing people showed up to learn, grow, and work on themselves!

That’s one of the things I truly appreciate about what we are building together.

We all have busy lives, different professions, families, responsibilities, and regular day-to-day schedules… but when something is important to you, you learn how to make space for it.

You don’t always need a huge amount of time. Sometimes, it’s about using those little pockets of time with intention and consistency.

During our team meeting, we had such an informative session!

We talked about:

✔️ How to share your personal story with your audience in a meaningful way
✔️ Which parts of your journey to focus on when connecting with people
✔️ New updates happening on the business and training side
✔️ And most importantly, how we can continue growing as leaders

Apecial shoutout to my mentee Samji, who also stepped up and delivered a short presentation on storytelling.

These moments are so valuable because our goal is not just to build a business, but to help every team member grow in confidence, leadership, and ownership.

As a coach and mentor, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone who once doubted themselves slowly become more confident and capable.

💫Growing a business is important, but helping people grow and believe in themselves is even more meaningful.

I had a really good and informative meeting with a few of our coaches and team members, along with leaders joining us from Australia 🇦🇺 and Toronto, Canada 🇨🇦.

We talked about how we can continue to support our growing team, help our team members stay motivated, and develop more leaders along the way.

One thing I truly believe is that leadership is not about telling people what to do. It’s about being there for them, guiding them, sharing what you’ve learned, and believing in them—sometimes even before they fully believe in themselves.

I’m always grateful for the opportunity to learn from experienced leaders and coaches who are willing to share their knowledge and help others grow. 🙏

There is always something new to learn, and I know I’m still growing and becoming a better leader myself.

💫This morning, I woke up feeling extra grateful as the first thing I saw was 6 payment notifications scheduled to be deposited into my account.

And what made me pause and reflect even more was one new paperwork was submitted by my mentees for her new business partner 🙏

Honestly, this remind me why I started this journey in the first place 6years ago.

I started this business so that i can learn something new, grow, support my family, and build something alongside my motherhood. I didn’t know everything in the starting

But I had the willingness to learn, stay consistent, take action, and keep showing up.

Today, I am simply grateful to see the results of the work, systems, and consistency built over time.

Waheguru Ji, thank You for Your blessings, guidance, and for opening doors I never imagined possible. 🙏

💫We need to stop pretending money doesn’t matter.

Does money guarantee happiness? Of course not.

But you know what having more of it can give us?

✔️ More choices.
✔️ More time with the people we love.
✔️ More experiences and memories.
✔️ Better food.
✔️ A safer and more comfortable place to live.
✔️ The ability to support our families.
✔️ The ability to help and give to others.
✔️ And one of my personal favourites… the ability to say NO to things that no longer align with the life we want.

I didn’t start my online business 6 years ago simply because I wanted more money.

I started because I understood what having more money could allow me to do. 🙏

As an immigrant, I know what it feels like to start from scratch and work your way up. I worked different jobs, built my career, and kept moving forward.

But after becoming a mom, my definition of success changed.

Yes, I wanted to contribute financially to my family.

But I also wanted to be more present with my children. I wanted more flexibility and more say in how I spent my time.

That’s when I started looking for another way to create income.

There is a big difference between chasing money and understanding what money can help you do.

To me, money is simply a tool.

And when good people have more resources, they can do more good—not just for themselves, but for their families and others around them.

So no, money doesn’t buy happiness.

But having more financial choices can give you more control over how you spend your time and live your life.

And that matters to me. 🙏

💫Yesterday was my niece 1st birthday, and honestly, I am so grateful for this ❤️🎂🙏

We had such a beautiful time celebrating with our friends, family, and cousins. There was so much laughter, fun, food, and so many beautiful memories made. 🥰

But here’s something that made me pause and feel even more grateful…

Even while I was busy in the party, my business was still working behind the scenes.

My ads were still running, people were watching the information, and I was still receiving enquiries about the business. Whenever I got a little time in between, I was able to reply.

This is what I truly appreciate about the business I have built over the years. It didn’t happen overnight. It took time, learning, consistency, and effort to understand the systems and put things in place. But today, seeing things continue to move while I’m busy living and enjoying special moments with my loved ones feels like such a blessing.
