Today is Autism Awareness Day 💙

Autism awareness is every day for me. For us.

This life doesn’t look like most.

It’s advocating when he doesn’t have the words.
It’s attuning to what he needs, even when it’s not obvious.
It’s routines, unpredictability… and learning how to show up in ways I never imagined I would have to.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned is this:

Autism isn’t something that needs to be “fit” into our world.

It’s a different way of experiencing the world and it’s our job to step into their world, not force them into ours.

My son has completely reshaped my life how I parent, how I think, how I work.

And truthfully… this business exists because of that shift.

Because I needed something that allowed me to be present.
To step in when he needs me.
To advocate for him.
To attune to him.
To work around his world not force him into mine.

So today isn’t just about awareness for me.

It’s about gratitude.

For a business that lets me be his mom first.
For customers who support something deeper than just skincare.
For a life that, while hard, is rooted in purpose.

🖤 Four hours left at 25% off… and I’m honestly blown away. 🖤

This isn’t a side gig- this is my full-time job, how I support my family & It’s what allows me to show up for my special-needs son with his unique needs and unique schedule, and be present for my two daughters in all the ways they need me too. This year has been tough for many of us. The tariffs created a lot of stress, especially for those of us with a large U.S. customer base (me! and I also stock stores in the States), so it’s been a challenging season on both sides of the border.
