Yesterday's rainfall was an extraordinary weather event that affected many neighbourhoods across Brandon, including Quail Ridge Estates on the North Hill.

Our teams from Keller Developments and Quarry Hills Excavation & Gravel Ltd. responded immediately and worked together to manage water, complete cleanup, and support our residents.

We're pleased to report that the impact to occupied homes was limited, and cleanup was completed quickly. We remain on site monitoring conditions as construction continues and will continue taking any necessary steps to protect the property and support our tenants.

We would like to thank our crews for their incredible response, and our residents for their patience and understanding following yesterday's significant rainfall event.

Our thoughts are also with everyone else in Brandon who was affected by yesterday's storm.
