Inspiration is everywhere. You just have to know how to see it. 👁️
Our clients didn't come in with a magazine clipping or a Pinterest board. They provided a photo of a forgotten granary. Weathered, leaning, swallowed by the prairie grass. They said "that's what we love."
We were here for it. 🙌
That old grain shed with its vertical steel siding, steep gabled roof, and rugged prairie character became the creative heartbeat of a complete home transformation design. We took an aging bungalow and designed something that doesn't just sit on the land...It belongs to it.
This is exactly why we do what we do. Because great design doesn't always start in a blueprint. Sometimes it starts in a field. Sometimes it starts in a memory. Sometimes it starts with something most people would drive right past. 🌾

Design update — and it's a good one. 📍

Remember that Winnipeg home we shared last week? The stucco bungalow that was just getting started? Well, the design is now complete — and here's what it's going to look like.

This is the 3D exterior render we created for our clients so they can see exactly what their home will look like before a single piece of siding goes up. New metal siding in a warm khaki brown, fresh black shingles, a beautiful craftsman-style front entry with cedar posts, oversized windows, and gorgeous landscaping to finish it off.

This is what we do at Forsythe Technical Design & Consulting. We don't just draw plans. We help you see your future home in full detail before construction begins, so there are no surprises and no second-guessing.
