After nearly two decades of dedicated service to our clients and community, Garnet is ready to pass the torch into the trusted hands of his daughter, Madison, and his protégé, Brandee.

We are proud to announce that Brandee and Madison are the new owners of Venture Accounting Group Ltd., continuing to serve clients throughout Brandon, Calgary, and the surrounding areas.

Over the past four years, Brandee has done an exceptional job serving Venture Accounting Group and its clients, helping businesses recover, grow, and succeed, all while doing it with the kindest smile on her face. Her dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for clients have made a lasting impact on both the company and the community.

Over the last year, Madison has been shadowing her father and other members of the team, working hard to excel in every aspect of the business, from financial maintenance and oversight to forecasting and payroll. She has been learning firsthand what it takes to manage a company, lead a team, and confidently take the reins into this next chapter. We are so excited to see what she has in store for this next chapter!

After 19 incredible years of serving Brandon and the surrounding communities, it is time for Garnet to begin a well-earned retirement.

When Garnet founded Venture Accounting Group Ltd., he built more than a bookkeeping firm, he built a community rooted in trust, mentorship, and genuine care for both clients and staff.

Over the years, Garnet has been a mentor, a leader, and a great boss. He has encouraged and supported his employees through their educational journeys, celebrated and accommodated motherhoods, and created a workplace where people could grow both personally and professionally.

His dedication extended far beyond the office walls. Garnet stood beside local businesses through the challenges of a global pandemic, helping clients adapt, recover, and continue to grow. Along the way, many client relationships became lifelong friendships.

Under his leadership, Venture Accounting Group Ltd. earned accreditation with the Better Business Bureau of Central Canada and proudly received Platinum in the Brandon Community Votes for three consecutive years. Achievements that reflect the trust and respect he earned throughout the community.

Now, Garnet is ready to pass the torch into the trusted hands of his daughter, Madison, and his protégé, Brandee. Together, they will continue the values, relationships, and commitment to excellence that Garnet established nearly two decades ago.
