A huge weekend for TWR Karting at the CKNA Canadian Nationals in Mont Tremblant🏁
Quintin Murdoch crossed the line in P2, just 0.03 seconds shy of the win after an incredible drive in the LGK USA4 in a stacked Senior Light field of 78 karts. Quintin had the USA4 looking incredibly strong all weekend long, showing front-running speed against some of the strongest competiton in the country. Earlier in the weekend, Quintin put up a strong P4 qualifying effort out of Group D after not setting a time in Happy Hour, backed up by impressive P1 and P4 heat finishes.
Matteo Romeo crossed the line P1, but following tram line penalties handed to the top 3 finishers, brought home the hardware with a hard-fought P3 finish. Matteo showed incredible pace having the LGK C-28 dialed in all weekend long, qualifying P2 and backing it up with P1 finishes in both heats.
Matthew Woolsey (P13), Jacob Ruelens (P18), and Ethan Grinyer (P19) gained valuable track time while battling through an extremely competitive Cadet field all weekend long.
Everett Potter put together a great performance, gaining valuable experience and confidence in his first major Junior event after moving up from Cadet. Everett made big gains every session, racing his way into the A Final in a class of 50 karts.
In Masters, Andrew Grinyer crossed the line P11 after a strong weekend of racing. And in Junior Alijah Smith fought hard through the B group in his first non club event.
A strong showing for TWR Karting and the LGK USA4 program against some of the best competition in the country. 👏🔥
