Metal shop meets wood shop. 

One of the advantages of having both our metal and wood fabrication in-house is how seamlessly a stair can move from one department to the next, keeping coordination tight, details consistent, and the final result exactly where it needs to be.

Here you can see the contrast coming together: a metal stringer paired with a wood stringer and floating wood treads.

A quiet lake, long evenings, nowhere to be, this is cottage season at its best.
 
Here, the stair becomes part of the experience rather than the focal point. Clear glass keeps the view uninterrupted, and once the sun goes down, the boathouse lighting takes over, casting a warm glow across the water.
 
Hard to tell what we like more: the stairs or summertime.
Either way, we’re officially not ready for summer to end.

When most people think of California, they think of vacation. We think stair installs.
 
This time, work took us into the hills for a double-flight custom steel staircase.
Currently, the stair is installed and will eventually be wrapped in wood to achieve the finished look.
 
Not exactly a vacation… but we’ll take it.
