Continuous improvement starts with opening your doors and listening to peers who walk the same floor every day

Today, we had the pleasure of welcoming 20+ members from the Excellence in Manufacturing Consortium (EMC) to our manufacturing facility for a plant tour and collaborative exchange.

The highlight of the visit was our post-tour feedback session. Having manufacturers from across Ontario provide fresh eyes on our operations gave us actionable insights into safety and facility enhancements, alongside generous praise for our team, product craftsmanship, and culture. Constructive peer feedback like this is invaluable for sharpening our processes and keeping standards high. Thank you to everyone who joined us for the discussions and shared insights!

Great conversations at The Building Conference 2026 in Winnipeg!
It was a pleasure teaming up with Mikkelsen Coward & Co. to connect with facility managers, engineers, and building operators from across Manitoba.

From right-sizing boiler plants to cutting carbon emissions and optimizing system reliability, we had fantastic discussions on how modern modular steam solutions can support both institutional and commercial facilities long-term.

Our recent Miura Employee Summer Picnic was an unforgettable day celebrating our incredible team and their families! Between the bouncy castles, foam machine, games, and endless treats, our whole team had a blast!

We were also grateful to have the live performance by Japanese Calligrapher Fumio Mieno. Her artwork centered on Trust and Co-creation - two foundational pillars that embody everything we strive to achieve at Miura. It was the perfect way to reinforce our shared goals, and make great memories together.
