Big Meadow Auction Services is honoured to be joining the Mental Health Foundation of Alberta for their Held Together event next Thursday, August 27, at The Aviary in Edmonton.

Good morning to all of our followers.

We’ve had a number of people reach out asking if we’ll be hosting another consignment sale in High Prairie later this summer or early this fall.

While we had originally hoped to hold another sale, we have made the difficult decision not to move forward at this time following the recent loss in our immediate family. We sincerely appreciate everyone’s understanding, patience, and continued support during this time.

There is still a possibility of hosting a post-harvest consignment sale, but that decision will depend on the level of interest from consignors. Once the grain is in the bin, we’ll assess the demand and determine whether there’s enough interest to proceed.

If you think you may have equipment, vehicles, or other items to consign this fall, we’d love to hear from you. Your feedback will help us determine if a sale is feasible.

Our contracted sales for the fall will not be affected, and we will still be booking farm and acreage sales.

Consignment Deadline Has Passed

Please note that our consignment deadline was Monday, June 8, and we are no longer accepting consignments for this Saturday’s sale.

We sincerely appreciate the interest we’ve received over the past couple of days from those wanting to consign items. However, deadlines are necessary to ensure we have adequate time to properly prepare for a successful auction.

It is also out of respect for the consignors who made arrangements and met the established deadline.

Thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to seeing everyone at the sale on Saturday!
