I spent my Sunday going barn diving! It’s dirty work, but someone’s gotta do it!

Please note that I’ve added two more hours on for Sunday because there’s just so much. Sunday’s hours will be 12 - 5 and Saturdays hours remains the same 10 - 4.

This sale is happening RAIN OR SHINE!

Bring what you need to be comfortable.

Internet out there is sketchy, so this will be a CASH only sale.

No refunds
No pre-sales - aside from the mobility scooter.

This is a big sale of a 5 generational family farm.

Main house, 2 outbuildings and a HUGE barn packed with stuff.

We may hold this sale over 2 weekends. This still needs to be decided.

The exact address will be posted closer to the sale weekend.

Good early morning, everybody!

Thank you for a great day yesterday. It was so nice to meet some new customers and to see our returning ones. We appreciate you all.

There are still so many good items to be had today. We are offering up to 50% off. Most items will be 50% off and a select items will be priced accordingly.

Please see the images of a few things that are left over.

There are loads of shelving available.

The house closes on Tuesday. We need everything gone, so please come along and help the girl out!

A little adjustment to the descriptions.

Today I spoke with a gentleman named Brian Tebay. He used to work at Nova Scotian Crystal and he was so kind and helpful to me. He sent me straight on the pattern.

Thanks Brian! I have not been to his shop in Blue Rocks. Have you? I am going to check out Blue Carrick Glass when I catch my breath.

So have a look at the new descriptions.

Note: The electrified lamp is the Lunenburg pattern and the hurricane lamp is a combination of the Barrington and Atlantic pattern.

I’ll make a final post tomorrow. I’m looking forward to seeing each and every one of you all over the weekend.

A beauty & the Beast post.

Note - there are so many pieces of costume jewelry, as well.

Here are some things to keep in mind:

PARKING - please drive with care, as the road is narrow. There are a few areas where you can park along the driveway. At the top of the road is a circular driveway. Let us keep this area accessible and clear so that it can be used to enter and exit with ease.

All sales are final.

No Pre-Sales or holds.

You must pick up same day or on Sunday, as the house deal is close to being finalized.

AUCTION DETAILS

Auction is from 1-2pm or until all 10 items have been sold.

Pre-open time, we will come along the line-up to register you, if you wish to participate. You will be given your paddle number at that time.

Last call for registration will begin at 11:30am.

We accept cash or e-transfer.

Oh yeah! I am as nervous as all get out!

We are working very hard to bring you this beautiful sale and auction.

The auction will be held in conjunction with the Estate sale. Previewing is between 10 AM and 12 noon on Saturday, October 3rd.

It looks like the weekend is going to be gorgeous!

The property is located at the end of the road. There is a circular driveway to help facilitate vehicle flow. Please take care when you are parking and walking up the lane.

We will be hosting a live auction, offering 10 select items, in conjunction with our regular estate sale.

In the images, you’ll see information on the Estate sale and auction detail details.

Yours truly will be calling the auction: my first ever! I am as nervous as I’ll get out, but I’m going to see this through, with your continued support.

I will bombard you with posts this whole week as we are back to back sales coming up and the turnarounds are quick.

You all know John Denver, right? I had this song playing in my head today as I was working and I thought I’d write it down and embellish a little bit.

Saturday September 19, 10am - 4pm & Sunday September 20,
12 noon - 3pm.

The weather is calling for a gorgeous day. We will have some things out on the lawn and you can browse the small barn as well.

Get there early! Put a smile on !

PARKING - there’s parking available on the property. Please try to back if possible. We are going to keep the top of the driveway open for a turnaround area. Please note that we do not have permission from the fire hall to park in their lot. If you park there that will be at your own risk.
