ATTENTION — ILLEGAL DUMPING IS NOT PERMITTED

The bins located outside our gates are on our private property and are NOT for public dumping.

Under no circumstances are you permitted to use these bins for garbage, furniture, household items, or any other unwanted materials. They are not free dumping bins.

We have cameras monitoring the property. Moving forward, anyone caught illegally dumping will be identified and billed for the full cost of removal and disposal.

If you have materials to dispose of, you are more than welcome to come across our scales during our regular hours:

Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM–4:45 PM
Friday: 7:30 AM–4:15 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM–11:45 AM

Please respect our property and stop dumping in our bins.
