Eastern Ontario Property Management Group, formally known as Burgoon Management, was founded in 2007 by Anne and Dean Burgoon. Anne's background is in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dean's background is in Engineering. Both being self employed at the time, they decided to purchase Condominiums in Brockville as investments for their "retirement plan". Upon entering the condominium world and seein

g the status of their investment, they knew they needed to understand the condominium Industry a bit better. Dean joined the Board of Directors while still living in Dundas and became more involved with the day-to-day operations and management. He discussed the problems that the Board was facing with Anne and Anne knew that there were other Condominium Corporation's out there facing the same problems. They both felt the need to get involved in the Condominium industry to help other Condominium Corporations

They moved to Prescott, Ontario in 2009 when they decided to start "Burgoon Management" out of their home. They started with managing 3 Condominium Corporations, a Leasing Division of 120 units, and 2 staff. In 2016 the company moved to Brockville and re-branded to Eastern Ontario Property Management Group (EOPMG). Fast forward 8 years and EOPMG now manages over 90 Condominium Corporations and 239 rental units all over Eastern Ontario and employs 33 staff not only in Brockville but in surrounding areas of Ottawa, Smiths Falls, Cornwall, and Kemptville.
