I'm coming out of this weekend filled with gratitude. Gifting a talent to others is very rewarding. I'm very blessed with many talents to share. Who knew a girl who left home at 14 would make her way in so many ways. I have had so many jobs but ones I loved was being a Hairstylist, Senior Project/Program manager, AI advisor and the founder of Tally K Services Business in a box/expedited and Karry Lisle Coaching Hub. I moved away from helping Billionaire companies advance their businesses to helping small medium business owners open and grow their business with automation-humanized. We still make sure that there is a Human part of the equation.
Don't ever let your dreams die and never let someone diminish your worth. Have faith and believe and you will be blessed.

My goodness my heart is filled. One of my most favorite talents is creating hairstyles for many beauties. This Prom season in sponsorship with Nails By Ally my daughter's business. We gift a prom packages to those who are recommended within the community. This is our 6th year gifting to these beauties has been well received gift to my heart. There’s a workplace conversation that deserves more awareness, compassion, and action: supporting employees through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, miscarriage, infant loss, and grief.
Some of the most difficult seasons people navigate happen quietly while they are still expected to continue showing up professionally every day.
Pregnancy can bring constant exhaustion, nausea, physical strain, emotional change, and mental overload. At the same time, others may be silently experiencing miscarriage, fertility struggles, infant loss, or the devastating loss of a loved one — often returning to work carrying grief no one can see.
As organizations continue focusing on leadership, culture, retention, and employee wellbeing, this is an important area to consider more deeply.
Support could include:

• Private, comfortable breastfeeding/pumping spaces
• Wellness or quiet rooms
• Compassionate bereavement and miscarriage leave policies
