It’s all about GOOD luck. 🍀
Today I came flying up the driveway, hit the brakes, shut the truck off, jumped out, and looked underneath.
Fluid dripping steadily.
Alisha came outside and found me standing there smiling and laughing.
“What’s so funny?” she asked.
“Today’s a big day,” I laughed
“Why?”
“My truck broke down.”
She looked at me like I’d lost my mind.
”…And that’s a good thing?”
I laughed again.
“Someone once told me trucking is all about good luck. Well, this old truck has worked for over a year without a single breakdown that stopped me hauling.
I’d call that a pretty good run.”
Sometimes it’s all about perspective. A breakdown isn’t the end of the world when you’ve already had 365 days of good luck.
Here’s hoping this old truck is ready for another lucky streak after a few new hoses 🚛🍀
