The Rules are fairly simple but will be strict! Be sure to read them before getting started.
1 There will be no blocking of any admins allowed. This is a huge issue that causes so many problems.Harassment, Bullying, and
threats will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate ban.
2.Everyone is welcome to post to the group but please state where pu is to be.If you are out of town you must be willing to deliver or meet please state time and location.
3.No limit on ads, post 'em if you got 'em! But do not cross post your items~! All auctions must be a full 24 hours, if there are no bids you may delete right away after auction or re-post otherwise leave the auction post up until your item has been picked up.If the ad was posted at 4:07pm Thursday, winning bid will be last highest bid at 4:06:59pm Friday before it changes over to 4:07pm again. Once time hits 4:07 we are into the next 24 hours.
4. You may “bump” (moving the ad to the top of the page for increased visibility) each ad FOUR times during the auction.PLEASE NOTE: Sellers ”Bump” or * or any comment will move a auction to the top of the wall.Bidders may comment on an auction with a "*" - this is to mark it to come back later to the auctions they mark from their activity log. It will also give them notifications on
all other bids and comments on that item.
5. All auctions need a starting bid (SB), Pick up location (PU), and a picture. No stock photos are allowed.Please use a photo where it shows very clearly what is being auctioned.(BIN) price is also allowed
6. Bid removal or editing of your bid is not allowed. If you make a mistake when entering your bid, you are obligated to pay that amount unless you immediately comment that you made a mistake (do not edit, or delete bid). Correction has to be made before auction expiry to qualify. You may not up bid on your friends (in an obvious jacking up of price for no reason) , spouses/sibling or parent/children's posts.All bidding is to be done in the comments of the auction ad not on seperate pics.. No private messages... bidding or offering to purchase before the auction ends, etc. Bids must be a minimum of $.50. increments.
7. Please do not make any negative comments that prevents/distracts others from bidding. Posting an online ad where you can buy cheaper, etc. is strictly not allowed. There will be no swearing/foul language, bullying, threats, inappropriate comments, name calling, or harassment of any kind in our group or via private message.Unless bidding no comments.This group is BUYER BEWARE! Let people do their own research on the item. Bidders, ask all questions PRIOR to placing your bid on the wall. Read descriptions carefully! When picking up your item, examine it carefully PRIOR to handing over any money and PRIOR to leaving the pickup location. If Item is not as described you are not obligated to buy it.
8. You can not call an auction from a cell phone or tablet. Tag one of the Admins by name and we will call the auction for you.
9. In event of a No Show Seller has the option to repost auction or give to runner up.
Mobile devices and email notifications do not give accurate time stamps. You have to be on a PC and use your mouse to hover over the time stamps under the bidders name. The winner will be the last highest bid before the auction ends. If two bidders post the same bid amount on the last minute, which ever bid came in FIRST wins. Seller must honor the highest bid in on time.
10. Sellers have to call their auctions within 24 hours, tag their winners and/or private message (PM) their buyers advising them of what they won, how much the bid was and where the specific pick up location is. Buyers always check your “other” folder in your message in box as some messages do end up there. You have 48 hours to make contact and arrange a pick up day/time. Their winning item must be picked up within 48 hours of auction close.Take screenshots for your records.
11. You are expected to follow through on your bids. Do not bid unless you are 100% certain you want the item and will be able to pick up in a reasonable time frame and from the location as listed in the description, with a vehicle capable of holding and transporting your item. You are not allowed to back out of a bid or not show up to pick up your item (no show), or pass on an item.
A winning bidder has the right to refuse to pay for an item if they don't believe it was advertised correctly.
If you violate the rules as set out VERY CLEARLY and SIMPLY, you will immediately be removed from the group.
**Special Item Notes**
CELL PHONES: the site is and always has been buyer beware. Request the IMEI # before you pay or have the seller meet you at a mobile device store to verify it is not stolen or otherwise incapacitated.
SELLERS ARE LIABLE FOR THEIR OWN POSTS AND ALL ACTIONS THAT MAY OCCUR FROM POSTING OR SELLING; ADMINISTRATION TEAM TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR POSTED OR SOLD OR ACTIONS
