A few minutes later, they were driving fence posts.

Kids usually rise to whatever standard we set. Give them a screen and they’ll sit.
Give them a job and they’ll surprise you.

Work ethic isn’t something that magically appears at 18.
It’s built one small responsibility at a time.

Learning to work, contribute, and take pride in doing hard things may be one of the greatest gifts we can give our kids.

Play is important. So is learning that meaningful work can be rewarding too.

Today’s crew earned their dinner. 💪
