Are you putting a barrier between your product or service and your customer? Most people don't carry cash anymore, but some businesses still insist on cash-only, which is extremely inconvenient (annoying even) for their customers. Experts agree on the importance of giving customers what they want, but 'cash-only' businesses don't seem to subscribe to that principle. Unless your product is unique, making it difficult for your customers to buy from you doesn't make good business sense.
