I decided to slowly reconnect with FB after being away for a few years.

As with most people. There have been many life changes to face and go through. Through it all I kept working away doing my inner personal work and showing up engaging in outer work as well.

In 2024 I spent a few days with my long-time therapist and mentor in London UK. He's 87 years old and still very busy. He has known me since I started with him before I was even a therapist over 35 years ago when I was living and working in Japan.

From the UK I travelled to Croatia to attend a 7-day Quantum Alignment Program. This program took place on 7-day cruise sailing along in the Adriatic Sea between Split and Dubrovnik. It was 4 hours of class time in the morning and then we played in the afternoon at various spots and islands.

I wrote and publish a book - 2025
Wrote and published a 2nd book. - 2025

Now updated Business Logo.
Updated Counselling Webste.

Back in 2020 I created and have been leading a Professional Counsellors, Coaches, and Healers Men's Mastermind Group.
An amazing selective group of men!

We are on a live retreat now at the moment in Whislter. And with their support, inspiration, and encouragement, gave me the courage to re-engage with FB.

OUTER WARRIOR #2
SYSTEMS

Tonight in our BLA Men's Mastermind Group we looked at Systems VS Goals.

Actually it isn't one or the other, but both.

We came up with personal goals. Whether in relationships, health, finance, career, business, etc., and then looked at what system we can create that moves us along towards our goals.

This mindset moves the compass of our life in practical ways.

Exciting to see how each person comes up with their personal system that leads to changes in their life.

Warrior Part #3 - Dragons

Tonight we reviewed the Warrior Archetype Values and some of our role models.

We looked at how 'Dragons' can or do get in our way.
Are these fears:
• Perceived inner flaws?
• Stories you tell yourself?
• People in your way that you need to deal with?
• Is it how you will look if you fail?
• What will my family say
• It’s too big a change
• What if I’m wrong

Etc.

Each person committing to an action step moving forward either around, through, over, or transforming their Dragons.

THE INNER WARRIOR: II
RADICAL SELF-RESPONSIBILITY

Tonight we explored some of our inner warrior qualities that we wish to shore up.

We brought up our personal warrior virtues (same or different ) from the previous circle.

How did you use it?
What did you overcome ?
How did you feel in that moment? Exhilarated? Calm? Fulfilled?

We shared what is required as an individual to fully embody our warrior within ourselves to attain our HIGHEST VISION AND CALLINGS? Right NOW in our life.

This is an inspiring module to be going through with such a committed group !

Inner Warrior Part #1

Moving through the Module on Calling and Truth to gear up for the Warrior module taking clear actions - starting this week.

First we're looking and exploring the inner qualities of a warrior.

The Warrior doesn’t fight for the sake of fighting.

The Warrior fights for a higher cause (values)

In the service of Virtues or Values.

We looked at what we thought were values and virtures of a Warrior Archetype.

And then what to practice this week in our lives as we move forward in the next few weeks.

Your Truth & Warrior Death

The Japanese samurai warriors had a unique practice that undergirded their success as warriors. That concept was called "dying before going into battle."

This practice allowed a warrior to enter each combat event without fear of death.

In this way, the warrior was able to fully give himself to his mission without concern for survival. Such freedom made all the difference between defeat and victory.

What’s the lesson here?

The key: facing our death is liberating – it releases us from fear and allows us to focus on our HIGHEST CALLINGS!

Until we confront our death, we live in an unspoken, haunting fear.

So that was our task today – to sharpen our minds on our highest callings, to release fear and distraction and to prepare our warrior souls for greatness in pursuit of our missions.

Tonight reminded us of what is important with our calling and opened us up expanding into new possibilities to live life more to the fullest.
