We are thrilled to share that our owner, Sally Morse, had the incredible opportunity to be a mentor for a day at "Exploring Skilled Trades for Girls" in Calgary, Alberta, hosted at SAIT.

This initiative is pivotal in shaping the next generation of women builders in our industry. It was inspiring to see the curiosity and talent these young women brought to the table learning about the trades of bricklaying, electrical, and motorcycle mechanic.

Supporting and encouraging diversity in skilled trades is essential for innovation and growth. Let's continue to provide experiences like this as we build a brighter future for our industries.

Our small Calgary company Spectra Supply Inc. has big dreams.

As we grow we want to give back. This has been the mission from the start and wanted to be more than just a glove company.

This is where our hashtag campaign comes in.

Twice a year we will be donating work gloves to The Mustard Seed support their pre-employment program.

Their Employment Coaches provide programs, workshops and help to develop general workplace skills and job specific training and certification opportunities.
