🇨🇦 Express Entry is changing on November 3, 2026!
Big news for skilled workers in Canada: IRCC is adding new CRS points for high-wage work experience and job offers, and qualifying job offers will no longer need an LMIA. 🙌
Here’s what’s new:
💼 Up to +70 CRS points for 12 months of Canadian work experience in a high-wage occupation
📄 Up to +100 CRS points for a full-time job offer in a high-wage occupation, with no LMIA required
📊 Points by wage level:
🔹 At least 2x median wage: 100 pts (job offer) | 70 pts (work experience)
🔹 At least 1.5x median wage: 70 pts | 40 pts
🔹 At least 1.3x median wage: 50 pts | 20 pts
A high-wage occupation is one where the NOC median wage is at least 1.3x the average Canadian median wage.
Not sure whether your job or experience qualifies, or how much your CRS score could go up? Let’s review your profile before the changes take effect. ✅
