Canopy Studios was looking for a brand to spark curiosity and nurture connection as they invite a diverse community of people to engage in collaborative, creative space and healing through expressive arts.

They occupy a stunning heritage home in Calgary’s Lower Mount Royal Neighbourhood. The warmth and character of the space itself became the foundation for the brand, which features a hand drawn rendering of the house as well as an accompanying monogram.

Beyond brand identity, we were also thrilled to work with Kim on her website, assist her with copywriting and brand positioning, develop brand collateral (including letterpress business cards), and offer photography services. We can’t wait to attend more events in this inspiring space!

We’re catching up on project documentation and feeling really proud of this set of business cards for Canopy Studios – a creative arts and wellness hub in Calgary’s Lower Mount Royal neighbourhood. They feature a die-cut arch and cobalt ink on “Gentleman Blue” , as well as custom illustration, hand-lettering, and branded details by us – part of our complete branding package! Thanks to Kim for entrusting us with her vision.

There are still a couple of days left to catch the latest exhibition at ! “See Me. Hear Me.” is a creative collaboration of artists sharing work relating to the theme: EMPATHY. The show not only features local artwork but also invites the community to attend workshops and events that bring awareness of the healing power of the arts.

More project details to come!
