Well I haven’t posted here in a while. It’s been a whirlwind the last couple of months. We sold our house in Calgary, packed up everything we own (and I mean everything) to ship across Canada. Then we made the drive with 2 cats. We arrived early July and only received our things yesterday. We survived with one comfortable chair and an air mattress between us. From the flat wide open terrain to the Great Lakes and finally to the Atlantic Ocean. We live in a beautiful, diverse country. The next few months will be just as crazy; getting settled, switching things over and getting used to the climate again. I guess we’re never too old for change. It’s all about the journey ❤️

What a beautiful day it is! The sun is shining bright, and the clear blue sky is filled with puffy little clouds. The air is fresh, and the sweet smell of blooming flowers and trees surrounds us! 🌺🌿

Even though our to-do lists may be brimming with tasks, let's take a moment to appreciate the beauty that this wonderful Saturday has to offer. 💪📝

From hustling at work to tidying up at home, we can make the most of this vibrant day! And don't forget to sneak in a break or two to enjoy the warm sunshine or sip a refreshing, ice-cold beverage! 🍋🥤

Our beautiful daughter is hosting a farewell BBQ for us later today. So many mixed emotions. I'm trying to appreciate each moment for what it is and when it comes. This brings tears, laughter, reflection and, yes, frustration sometimes. I'm pushing through.
