From DIY Refusal to Approval: Study Permits Approved for Uche’s Children 🎉🇨🇦

Three young siblings initially applied for *Study Permits to join their mother, who was already studying in Canada*. The applications were prepared independently and unfortunately refused.

The refusal raised concerns about financial capacity, the source and traceability of investment funds, and the family’s temporary intent.

After a strategy session with Dr Harrison Tighiri, RAE rebuilt the applications with stronger evidence:

âś… Demonstrated stable and seasoned funds
âś… Traced the investment funds from source to current balance
✅ Documented the sponsor’s business and income
âś… Addressed the previous refusal concerns directly
âś… Strengthened the evidence of family ties and temporary intent

By the grace of God, all three Study Permits were approved! 🙏🇨🇦

From Refusal to Approval: SOWP and Study Permits Approved for Chris’s Family 🎉🇨🇦

Chris’s wife had already received her Study Permit approval and was still in the UK preparing to travel to Canada when we submitted applications for Chris and their two children to accompany her.

The family had previously been refused Canadian visitor visas in 2019. We reviewed the previous refusal and GCMS notes, addressed the officer’s concerns directly, and demonstrated what had materially changed since that decision.

The result: Spousal Open Work Permit approved for Chris and Study Permits approved for both children. By the grace of God, the family can now travel to Canada together. 🙏🇨🇦

🚨 Saskatchewan’s final capped sector intake of 2026 is happening September 14–15.

The Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program has allocated 550 positions across four sectors:
đźš› Trucking: 150
🛍️ Retail: 175
🏨 Accommodation: 50
🍽️ Food Services: 175

But here’s the important part: this is not an open invitation for everyone working in these sectors.

The intake is employer supported, and applicants must meet the applicable SINP eligibility requirements.

If Saskatchewan is part of your Canadian immigration plans, make sure you understand the requirements before making a move.

IRCC has conducted another Express Entry draw, issuing additional Invitations to Apply (ITAs).

In this round, 576 ITAs were granted to candidates under the Provincial Nominee Program.

To qualify, applicants were required to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 734.
